How much is shipping?

Shipping starts from $4.99 and is dependent on a few variables. These are number of products ordered, product weight and delivery location. If you order over $75 worth of products, we subsidise the cost of shipping and offer FREE worldwide shipping. This a thank you from us for your patronage.

On free promotional items, shipping starts at $7.82 per item as we are shipping and handling from different warehouses across the globe.

How long will Order Processing take?

Orders typically take up to 3-5 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 7-10 business days. 

How long will it take for me to receive my item?

Our typical orders are within a timeframe of a couple of weeks. That being said, please be patient with shipping as there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays.

All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). You are entitled to a refund if you do not receive your purchase in this timeframe.

May I make changes to my Order/Shipping Address?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.

If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.

What do I do if my items arrive broken or defective?

If this happens, we apologise for the inconvenience. We take pride in our Quality Control measures but at times, defects do slip through the cracks and such is life. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges policies on how to proceed.

I ordered 2+ items but have only received one… where is the rest of my order?

We have global suppliers and hence have a large assortment of products stocked all over the world. When you order multiple orders, they may be shipped separately in order to expedite shipping times and keep costs to a minimum. That may result in you receiving one item before the next. However, do not panic if you do not receive your entire order all at once...They are most definitely on the way.
